RUNSTACK Inc. (“RUNSTACK”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, with its principal place of business in Ontario, Canada.
We provide AI-powered automation, data integration, and workflow solutions to users and organizations worldwide.
RUNSTACK provides AI-driven, agentic workflows that automate tasks across your tools and data under your control.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
The information you provide to RUNSTACK is accurate, complete, and current.
You will maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by more than one person or entity unless explicitly permitted in writing by RUNSTACK.
RUNSTACK provides a suite of AI-driven tools designed to automate workflows, integrate systems, and assist with business operations. Our Services may include:
AI agent and automation systems.
Data integration and multi-system connectivity.
Workflow orchestration and analytics tools.
User interfaces for communication with AI models and external APIs.
RUNSTACK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
You agree not to misuse the Services or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Services, introducing malware or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Services.
Using the Services to generate or distribute unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading content. Circumventing technical limitations or security features.
-Using AI outputs in violation of any local or international laws (including export control and data privacy regulations).
RUNSTACK may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine you have violated this policy.
All content, features, and functionality within the Services—including but not limited to software, algorithms, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations—are owned by or licensed to RUNSTACK and are protected by Canadian, U.S., EU, and international intellectual property laws. Except as expressly provided, no license or rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included content without our written permission.AI-generated outputs may be used by you in accordance with these Terms, subject to applicable law and ethical guidelines. RUNSTACK makes no claim of ownership over content you create using the Services, but reserves the right to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve performance and functionality.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
You retain ownership of any data, text, images, or other content you submit (“ User Content”).By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant RUNSTACK a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, process, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve our Services. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Access to certain Services may require payment of fees, subscriptions, or usage-based charges. By providing a payment method, you authorize RUNSTACK or its payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable, except as required by law or expressly stated in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing or billing terms at any time, effective upon posting to our website or notifying you directly.
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, or services. RUNSTACK is not responsible for the actions, data practices, or failures of these third parties. Your use of such integrations is governed by the respective third-party’s terms and privacy policies. RUNSTACK disclaims all liability arising from your interaction with third-party services.
RUNSTACK processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including:
The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) (Canada),
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (European Union),
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (United States), and
Equivalent laws in Asia, including Japan’s APPI, Korea’s PIPA, and Singapore’s PDPA.
RUNSTACK strives to maintain continuous operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. Our Services are provided on an **“as-is” and “as-available”** basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RUNSTACK is not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities resulting from service interruptions or errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RUNSTACK and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.
RUNSTACK’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RUNSTACK and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
Your use of the Services,
Your violation of these Terms, or of any law of third-party rights
RUNSTACK may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if:
You breach these Terms;
We believe your conduct harms other users or our reputation;
We are required by law or a third-party request.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall immediately cease, and any outstanding payments will remain due.You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Ontario, British Columbia, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with consumer arbitration rights, local laws granting additional protections may apply.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. You may not use the Services if you are located in a jurisdiction under Canadian, U.S., or EU sanctions or are otherwise prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable laws.
RUNSTACK may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the website or via email. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
